<image:caption>We were asked to develop a Modular Hotel concept for a new Hotel Venture client who wished to deign a chain of signature hotels using MMC . We developed a modular concept in conjunction with AKT engineers to develop a Concept which clearly defined the construction process and presented a signature design element as a USP for the new hotel brand . A physical modular pod was developed and constructed which we tested . An interior concept for the hotel rooms was also developed and approved in tandem.</image:caption>

<image:caption>We were asked to design a specialist Modular laboratory by HSL for use on the rooftop of one of their primary laboratory sites in Fitzrovia in Central London . The site was constrained and the clients programme dictated that the project could not be delivered using a a traditional construction process . We designed to RIBA stage 3 a modular laboratory unit which was fabricated and fitted out in the UK . The process from design to delivery on site was measured at three months .</image:caption>

<image:caption>Phase 5 is a new outpatient facility for UCLH which provides services for ear , nose and Throat patients and consultant of UCLH , London . The hospital was designed within a confined linear site in the heart of central London using BIM Level 2 from Inception to delivery . The design of the new building had to be sympathetic in character to the surrounding buildings which were predominantly red brickwork. The design team explored given the site and programme constraints the need to develop the articulated brickwork and bay facades using a unitised façade system which could be precision fabricated off site and installed to limit the amount of inner city construction time and provide a better quality of finish to the façade. The modular bays were fabricated off site with all windows and glazing pre installed and the brickwork pointed and sealed weathertight. The primary façade along Huntley street provides articulated projecting bay windows to mimic the surrounding bay windows of Huntley street but also to provide waiting areas and niches for the patients on each level of the building. The project was delivered on time and within budget .</image:caption>

<image:caption>The RIBA award winning Kingsmill PFI Hospital by Skanska was designed and constructed using modular and unitised construction techniques which were designed and developed as key delivery components of this hospital . The Diagnostic Treatment facility which was designed as an organic medical souk was developed using volumetric modular consultant rooms stacked over three storeys and over clad with a glazed biosphere and etfe room to the Atriums. The award winning concept received a regional RIBA award for this Healthcare facility which has been operational since 2010 . Paul Treacy was the lead architect for this Hospital which he oversaw from concept to delivery . Skanska UK were the main contractor. Unitised facades . modular bathroom pods , unitised service pods and ceiling racks were also delivered as part of this hospital concept .text</image:caption>
